Python2 end of life is on January 2020, so we should
probably start thinking about dropping support for python2
on newer versions.

Just for the record, flask 1.0 still supports python2 but
tryton5.0 dropped support for python2 and only supports python3

Toughts?

For me, we must wait until the last version of Tryton with
python2 support ends.

I've uploaded https://codereview.appspot.com/573720043 which implements it.

This allows allows some cleanup of older tryton series as we drop support for version older than 5.0
